ABOUT CLUB 2600:
Club 2600 is a monthly socialization party for Holocaust survivors. These welcoming gatherings include interactive presentations, raffles, meals, and musical entertainment. These gatherings help Holocaust survivors socialize and build relationships. There is also a social worker and case management staff on-site to assist with any requests that may come up for services, or referrals.
Volunteer Time Commitment: Day-of Event 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Volunteer Requirements:
- Complete a background check, to be conducted by NYC Aging
- Complete a brief interview with program coordinators
- Must be at least 18 years old
Volunteer Tasks:
- Event Set-Up
- Attendee Check-In
- Escort attendees into the gathering, upon arrival
- Socialize with attendees during the event
- Attendee Check out

Training: Training and task overview will be provided onsite upon arrival.
