Are you looking for volunteers to support your next event? The NYC Department for the Aging Corporate Volunteer Program has a pool of volunteers ready to go!

Connect Through Programs

Volunteers are at the heart of the work at the Department for the Aging. Through our Older Adult Centers, Foster Grandparents, Health Promotions, Health Insurance, Information, Counseling, and Assistance (HIICAP) programs, volunteers are placed in the community or matched with older adults. Our volunteers log in hundreds of hours supporting older adults in the following areas: finance, health and wellness, social isolation, and other areas.

Connect Through Community

Aging Connect has a host of partners across the city that are looking for volunteers that want to give back to their neighborhoods. From pantries to resource fairs, there are find volunteer opportunities that are fun, meaningful, and engaging. Additionally, NYC Aging's public engagement team can provide vital information to the older adults attending your event.

Connect Through Collaboration

In collaboration with community partners (volunteer sites), NYC Aging's Aging Connect manages volunteer recruitment, volunteer engagement and ensures volunteers are screened, receive materials and trainings as needed.
