NYC Department for the Aging, Aging Connect

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Aging Connect – Volunteer Program. As a prospective partner, we would support your event or ongoing volunteer opportunity by placing NYC Aging registered volunteers at your site. All volunteers will be screened and receive training prior to placement. NYC Aging volunteers are required to report hours worked, and the number of clients served. Please complete the following volunteer site request form. Once received, the Volunteer Information Specialist will contact you to discuss the opportunity and the next steps in the vetting process.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PARTNERS MUST BE VETTED PRIOR TO NYC AGING VOLUNTEER PLACEMENT. PARTNERS MUST ADHERE TO CURRENT COVID GUIDELINES, PROVIDE THE NECESSARY SUPPLIES TO ENSURE A SAFE VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENT.
