How it works:
1. Pick up a Rosh Hashanah care package.
2. Deliver the package to an older adult.
3. Connect with the older adult by staying for a visit or follow-up phone call.
Location: Check in will be located on East 82nd Street.
Schedule: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
