How do I use the App?

Once the Volunteer Get Connected App is downloaded from the App Store on your device, the app may be used to access:

  • Your schedule of your upcoming and past volunteer shifts.
  • Check in to each shift to make sure you are helping your favorite programs get the data they need to be successful.
  • Add hours without checking in.
  • Your dashboard is where you will be able to view the impact you are making in your community.
  • The app will use your location and push notifications to alert you when you should check in to a response you've created. When you arrive on-site, we'll tell you that it's time to start your clock, and we'll let you know to stop the clock when you leave.
