NYC Department for the Aging, Aging Connect

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the NYC Department for the Aging-Aging Connect programs. Please complete the following Corporate/Group Volunteer Interest Form. Once received, we will contact you to discuss how your company can be involved with NYC Aging programs and the Adopt An Older Adult Center. There is a formal vetting process that is required in order to be considered as a Corporate Partner. The Department of Aging's Office of Procurement requests that each potential partner provide their business EIN number for a formal review of the company/organization.
